Shopping in a store
Takes places by usual way, when it is possible to view and check the goods. We can provide detailed information about the product.
Before you visit us it is better to contact us by phone and double check whether the goods you have seen in our e-shop is still available and whether it is placed in our store or in a different place and we will have to get it ready for you.
Unfortunately it is not possible to pay by credit cards.
Shopping in E-shop
From the catalogue of goods, which you find in our offer you choose the product which you would like to buy. Chosen goods by clicking in detail and confirming by pushing the button
you insert the goods into shopping cart. If you are interested you can continue shopping by the same way.
All chosen goods is saved in your shopping cart.
By clicking on button number of items in shopping cart, which is situated in right upper corner you can check you have all goods correctly chosen.
Then you finish your purchase following steps which are listed in shopping cart.
Ordered goods will be delivered by shipping services latest till 5 working days.
Contact information
Please fill in your initials, delivery address, your e-mail and don´t forget to provide your phone number for the delivery service. You will be contacted before the delivery. All provided data are secured.
Payment and delivery
You can choose from 3 payment methods. Choose the most suitable one for you.
Cash payment in our store
Can be used when shopping in person but you can also choose such method by shopping in our E-shop. In shopping cart in step 2 Payment and delivery confirm A.
- In case you won´t come to pick up the goods within 5 working days in our store Expres Hotovost Plzeň, we reserve the right to cancel the contract.
- Unfortunately it is not possible to pay by credit cards.
Bank transfer payment
If you order goods in our E-shop, you can pay by bank transfer (the whole amount + delivery and packaging).
By bank transfer payment you won´t pay the fee for cash on delivery.
On the shopping cart page in step 2 Payment and Delivery confirm B and send the order.
- For the bank transfer use our bank account CSOB bank 290231535/0300 and as payment description use the invoice number which will be received by e-mail.
- After receiving money on our account we dispatch the goods to given address.
- Ordered goods will be delivered via delivery service, latest till 5 working days.
- In case the amount won´t reach our account within 5 working days, so we can check, we reserve the right to cancel the contract.
Cash on delivery payment
This method is partial by us. We require at least the shipping cost to be paid before on our account. After sending the order which you fill on shopping cart page in step 2 Payment and Deliver please choose C.
- The money for shipping cost please send on our account CSOB bank 290231535/0300 and as payment description use the invoice number which will be received by e-mail.
- After receiving money on our account we dispatch the goods to given address.
- Ordered goods will be delivered via delivery service, latest till 5 working days.
- In case the amount won´t reach our account within 5 working days, so we can check, we reserve the right to cancel the contract.

Here you can check, whether you have filled your initials in, whether you have chosen the right goods and the payment method. In case everything is all right you can complete your order.
